Crystal Points
Approved users may receive Crystal Points for use on the platform.
Please note:
- Crystal Points have no cash value
- Points are non-transferable
- Points may only be used within the CrystalOyen platform
- Abuse or manipulation of the points system may result in account suspension
Donations
Donated items should be:
- Clean
- Respectful
- In usable condition
CrystalOyen reserves the right to decline unsuitable donations.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Abuse the platform
- Create multiple fraudulent accounts
- Misrepresent information
- Harass volunteers or community members
Content & Media
By voluntarily submitting photos, testimonials, or media, users may grant CrystalOyen permission to use such content for awareness and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
