Providing Free Clothing With Love to Families and Children in Need
At CrystalOyen, we believe that every child and every family deserves access to clean, decent, and comfortable clothing — regardless of their financial situation.
What started as a simple personal experience became a mission of love, compassion, and community support.
We are a community-driven platform dedicated to collecting gently used and new clothing and giving them out completely free to families and children in need across Brampton, the Greater Toronto Area, and beyond.
Through the kindness of donors and the grace of God, we are helping families experience dignity, hope, comfort, and care one clothing item at a time.
Our Story
When we first arrived in Canada, like many newcomer families, we had to purchase a few used clothes for our children while settling into a new life.
Later, we discovered that many families already had good clothing sitting unused in closets, storage bins, and homes — clothes that could still bless another child or family.
That realization inspired CrystalOyen.
We asked ourselves:-
“What if there was a simple way for families to donate clothes they no longer need and help other families receive them freely with dignity?”
From that vision, CrystalOyen was born.
To connect generous donors with families in need and create a caring community where love is shared through giving.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support children and families by providing free access to quality clothing for all seasons.
We aim to:
- Support struggling families and newcomers
- Reduce clothing waste in our communities
- Encourage kindness and community support
- Help children feel confident and cared for
- Create a safe and respectful giving experience

HOW TO DONATE
Step 2 – Donation Review & Confirmation
Once we receive your donation request, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to:
- Confirm the donation items
- Confirm the pickup address
- Schedule a convenient pickup date and time
Step 3 – We Pick Up the Items
Our team will come to your location to pick up the donated items.
We appreciate every donation made with love and kindness. Your support helps individuals and families in need within our community.
Step 4 – Sorting & Uploading
After pickup, we carefully sort the items, take clear pictures, and upload them to our website so people in need can view available items.
Each item is prepared with dignity and care before being listed.
Step 5 – Families Select Items for Free
People who need clothing first register on the platform and receive free Crystal credits (“Crystals”).
They can then use their awarded crystals to select available clothing and essential items completely free of charge.
Step 6 – Giving Hope to Someone
Once selected, the items are arranged for pickup or delivery to the receiving family.
Your donation becomes a blessing to someone who truly needs it.
